## What is R1NK?

R1NK is the companion app for rinks that run on r1nk — the all-in-one platform for roller and ice skating rinks. Owners run the business from their phone, and staff always know where they need to be.

FOR OWNERS & MANAGERS
• Build the weekly schedule with pulldowns and drag & drop
• See every birthday party and private event — create, edit, reschedule or cancel bookings
• Approve or deny time-off requests the moment they come in
• Manage your team: invite staff, set jobs and permissions, reset PINs
• Review opening and closing checklists with photo proof, and flag anything that isn't right
• Edit timesheets and see who's on the clock
• Set up party packages, rooms, time slots and FAQs
• Kitchen report for today's parties
• Take inventory counts and get a reorder list instantly
• Browse and upload rink documents

FOR STAFF
• See your shifts and the whole team's schedule
• Request time off
• Complete opening and closing checklists with a photo for each task
• Check your timesheet, set your availability and your clock-in PIN

INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified when a party is booked, a time-off request arrives, your schedule changes, a checklist is submitted, or closing hasn't been done.

Everything stays in sync with your rink's r1nk account on the web. An r1nk account is required — staff accounts are created by the rink owner.
