### 1/5 — Missing core component(s)

*2023-12-16, version 1.5.1*

This app doesn’t help to dissociate thoughts or brain connections / learnings.

I think many people would appreciate.

If the brain strenght is to learn, then if its fed wrong learning, it can be tricked right? How do you restore brain to healthy state afterwards?

Thanks in advance Devs:

### 1/5 — Great concept

*2023-10-04, version 1.5.1*

But

### 1/5 — App will not Run!?

*2020-02-29, version 1.4.0*

Downloaded to itouch 6th gen. App start up screen appears, however App will not load?

### 1/5 — OK for daily living perhaps.

*2018-10-31, version 1.1.1*

I can see this “program” maybe being useful for structuring your life if you have very little structure and require it
This program is NOT a peer support program and is NOT a program to be used for post stress or PTSD. I cannot see this program being of any use except for daily living.

### 3/5 — Can’t delete goal setting calendar

*2020-05-12, version 1.4.0*

Unable to delete calendar - need help

### 5/5 — excellent developed app

*2024-09-22, version 1.5.2*

truly awesome

### 5/5 — Well developed programs

*2022-03-22, version 1.5.1*

Works great especially if you have stresses at home or at work,, the design of the programs within it is amazing.

The UI is something to improve slightly on but overall it’s great

### 5/5 — BZ

*2021-01-13, version 1.5.1*

Très bonne application. Très pratique et facile d’utilisation. Très bons outils pour gérer le stress, l’anxiété et la santé mentale en général.

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2018-01-14, version 1.1.0*

Excellent app, several well-developed tools. The breathing exercise is much better than any of the other ones currently available for free. The self-dialogue exercise is strongly grounded in CBT principles. Fully bilingual. Great find, will definitely recommend.
