## What is R66 Clock?

[Overview]
Ever wondered exactly how far the next town is while driving through a cellular dead zone? Need to know the "True Local Time" the moment you cross a complex time zone or DST boundary? Want to sync the timestamps of multiple cameras perfectly after an epic trip?
"R66 Clock" is the ultimate GPS Dashboard and Travel Companion, purpose-built for legendary journeys and photographers who demand precision.

■ True Offline Reliability
With its unique on-device engine, the app identifies the correct local time directly from GPS coordinates without needing a network. It provides a reliable reference anywhere on Earth.

■ Route Intelligence: Driving & Walking
Real-time calculation of distance, remaining time, and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Now supports simultaneous analysis for both Driving and Walking modes to suit any exploration style.

■ Situational Awareness
Swipe left/right (or press the arrow keys on Mac) on the main screen to reveal a live map view centered on your current location. The "Laser Beam" compass, linked to your device's sensors, points directly to your destination. Stay oriented with a visual guide that works even when the map isn't enough.

■ Location Trivia
Long-press the main screen to instantly pull up a Wikipedia article about your current location. Supports translation into your device's language via Apple's on-device Translation framework.

■ Effortless Trip Logging
Silently records your journey in the background as daily CSV files. It ensures your starting point and every movement are captured, providing a perfect text-based reference of your entire trip.

■ The Photographer's Master Clock
Synchronizing multiple cameras (DSLRs, GoPros) across time zones is a challenge. R66 Clock solves this:
- Just take one photo of the app screen with your camera at the start of the day.
- Later, use that photo to batch-offset all your images in Lightroom.
- Your entire visual timeline will be perfectly aligned in seconds.

■ Slate for Video Editors
Swipe the opposite direction on the main screen to reveal a digital clapperboard. It shows millisecond-accurate GPS time and plays a 4-beep sync cue at the tap of a button (with a screen flash on the final beep), making it easy to line up separately recorded video and audio in your editor.

■ Real-Time Flight Deck Features
- Voice Alerts: Chime and voice announcements for location names and boundaries.
- Siri Hands-Free: Check your status by simply saying "Siri, R66 Status" while keeping your eyes on the road.
- Sun Events: Precise sunrise and sunset times based on your exact coordinates.
