Please make the experience better it’s very annoying ### 3/5 — Missing features *2026-03-30, version 3.4.5* The app generally works fibe but I miss several important features on the event list that make me use the web version instead. 1) On the list of all events, it doesn’t show posters. You have to open every individual event to see the poster. On the mobile browser you can trigger to show posters by using the “request desktop version” and zooming out a bit, which is not that bad. Maybe if the mobile app showed posters it would give people more incentive to use it. 2) On the list of all events, lineup for each event only first one line and is cut by three dot. Isn’t it an important detail to show? You need to click every signle individual event to see the full lineup. Would be nice if it didn’t cut the lineup and could show like 3-4 lines of the lineup. Web version cuts the lineup at the end of the second line, while mobile version cuts it on the first line. 3) On the event page, there is no genre category. I look at it to have a quick glance what the event is going to sound like. Mobile app is unfortunately missing it. ~~~ Other missing features: 4) Event pages miss embeds. Could they be included simply as links? Then why once I have the tickets can I only access them through this specific app, no add to wallet option or even a pdf link sent to email. There’s no search bar and you have to select and apply! Other than that good for finding events. ### 1/5 — Umständlich *2025-12-04* Wenn man ein Ticket kauft sind sie nicht in der Lage dieses einem entspannt und ganz normal nach der Zahlung per Mail zu senden. Man muss die App runterladen und sich dann anmelden (also bei einem konzerteinlass und schön noch das Passwort erinnern). Absolut nicht nötig keine Ahnung was der Rest kann, aber auch keine Lust es rauszufinden. The UI literally breaks when you move it around, the site itself doesn’t work properly if you don’t have the app and the verification emails will result in errors not allowing you to log in or access your tickets, until you download the app which will also not allow you to to log in if you have already purchased tickets online. Doubt it’s intentional.
