Good app. But if you want to see your account and products, you’re taken to a website page to login-rather than just having those functionalities inside the app itself.

I continually have issues with logging in to RAA site. You click, forgot password and it says it’s sent an email. It lies!!  Done this 5 times in 45 mins and no emails. Nothing in inbox, nothing in junk. 

So much for getting insurance through RAA, making it too hard to deal with

Some petrol stations appear on the app to have petrol but when you drive to the station the petrol has run out so information on the app is not updated by staff either deliberately or because they forget.

While submitting a roadside assistance, i try to put info, but when I finish my typing, i cant minimise the keyboard. As a result, if i slide down or left, the written part goes away. This might need a fix or give me a way to sort it out.

Other than that, its ok.

On the odd occasion I’ve needed to call out the RAA they have Ben in attendance in a reasonable time and helped me out without much trouble. Especially as I now reside in country SA

Comprehensive insurance renewed and I did a quote for comparison. My standard renewal was $139.99 but my quote for standard was $126.87 and premium cover would be $139.67. My renewal for standard comes in more expensive than premium if I were a new customer. 3 years with them. Zero claims and no at fault claims ever. History is clean. Anyway, time to shop around again.

Every time I have clicked on the RAA app in the last day or so, it just disappears. I went to the App Store (Apple) and noticed there was an upgrade so pressed on that, it did its circle thing and then again I tried to open it and the same thing happened.

Not only would it fail to accurately locate me, it refused to let me choose the accurate address, and even if I chose next door neighbour’s address, it said I had to call anyway. Absolutely useless app. Overpaid devs failed again.

Is someone in there sleeping on the job? Apps need to be small enough for older phones that operate on smaller capacity. I’m not wasting my money just so someone can send even more junk! Keep it basic or it ain’t going on my phone. I already got rid of ur app because it doesn’t load the older version my phone can use. Think about that.

I have an iPhone 6.  When I use the RAA app it wants me to update.  When I do this it tells me that I need ISO 13.6 so can’t do this. But then ask if I like to update the older version which I say Yes.  But it gets locked in a loop with same message over and over again so I have cancel.  Consquently I cannot use the app as it puts me through this same pathway each time.

Have had to call on the RAA a number of times recently, without them I would have been stuck (or potentially caused damage to my car). They are always prompt, professional and get me back on the road in a timely manner. One company that genuinely provides exceptional service to rural and remote communities - I am grateful and feel safer with this coverage!

A good example of an app making your life easier. Thank you for the CarPlay and Apple Wallet updates. In a future release, I would love to see support for dark mode and a Home Screen widget for fuel prices showing your favourite servo or local average.

The app is so easy to use. Entered some competitions (fun to do). Easy to navigate the app from one section to another. Links are also in the app which is useful for me as I am hopeless at all that back and forth going in and out of windows.
