Sometimes i can find a ride and sometimes i cant, even during service hours and within a zone. The whole zone thing in general is really annoying and limits a lottttt. The ETA the app gives is almost always wrong and they either show up with no warning (supposed to get a notification when 10 mins away) and other times they will be super late. The tracking of the bus jumps around a lot and is unreliable. It’s unfortunate because this could be an amazing service but its near impossible to get a ride half the time. Also sometimes they will just completely cancel your ride for no reason and then youre just out of luck i guess.

This app cannot be used to find routes around town. It will give you a schedule and then completely change it when the scheduled time approaches.
