Delivery status indicated my items were packed. As delivery time nears it keeps changing and getting postponed. Two hours after the initial delivery time customer service calls that they cancelled my order because the items were out of stock and one item is ruined and cannot be sold. No offer to deliver the next day, or compensate me for my lost time. I went back on the app and all items I had selected were available and not marked as out of stock. Not Rabbit’s fault so far. So I went to talk to customer support on Rabbit and as we speak, it’s taking 3 HOURS to get someone on the line to get my money back. NEVER trust these guys with your money. That was my first and last order.
