Unfortunately, as others have posted, the app is worthless because it can’t maintain a connection to the machine. You can still control the machine manually, but they should probably lower the price if it just doesn’t do something that it claims to do. ### 5/5 — Works as expected *2025-01-12* My first rabbit air and had no issues connecting to the device. The instructions were straightforward and very easy to navigate. Operating and monitoring the device via the app is simple and easy to use. Wasn’t quite sure what the dots meant on each index line in the air quality section and but figured it out searching the web. You would think that in this day and age and at this price point they would offer an automated experience that allows for HomeKit integration or at the very least greater control over the scheduling. I need this thing to start at very specific times and I would like to control it through HomeKit. But no. It really feels like some kind of scam. as if they don't want you to control this thing, minimizing how much it's used so that you will buy more of their unbelievably expensive air filter replacements sooner. **Developer response:** Hello Raveltherapy, Thank you for the feedback, We are truly sorry that the Rabbit Air app is yet to have compatibility with the many emerging smart home devices such as Google Home and Homekit. Currently, the App can only be connected with Amazon Alexa. We hope to have compatibility in the future. If you can connect to the app it is possible to schedule specific run times for your MinusA2 SPA-780N or A3 unit. This scheduling function will supersede all other run speeds. ### 4/5 — Feature Request *2024-01-30* The app seems to work fine. It would be cool if it could display graphs of pollution over time rather than just the current estimated value. This could make it easier to design appropriate schedules. I have updated the star rating accordingly. Thanks for whatever was done to fix this issue! Our RabbitAir Minus A2 worked fine until I purchased a new router and set-up a new WiFi network. Every device connected to the new network right away, including two 2.4 GHz devices, but not the RabbitAir. I spoke with technical support and they did some trouble shooting that failed to solve the problem. They blamed the router and told me to call the router manufacturer - but what would the router manufacturer say since every other device I have connects fine? I can no longer log in or do anything to control my purifier. I’m was considering buying a new rabbit air purifier…this however has sealed the deal on me looking else where. Shame! ### 1/5 — Keeps on disconnecting from Wifi *2023-09-11* I had the A2 unit for almost a year with no problems. When all of a sudden I got kicked off of Wi-Fi. Now every time I try to connect, it connects no problem but then when I go to use the app later it is off-line I contacted RabbitAir and spoke to them numerous times, with all of the troubleshooting, the same thing keeps happening.I am truly getting no help from them.
