More than one month and account is not opened

Unable to select anything from the bottom bar which contains ( payments, more, etc..)

I am sorry but the app is lightyears behind than plenty of banking apps. 

I hope it gets fixed

I have tried 100 times to take snap picture of myself but it does not go through, please fix this issue.
