## What is Rabet Desk?

Rabet Desk puts your customer conversations and your team in one place.

A SHARED INBOX
• WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Facebook comments in one thread list
• Every agent sees who is replying, so no customer is answered twice
• Voice notes, photos, documents and quick replies
• Assign a chat, transfer it to a colleague, or leave an internal note

YOUR TEAM
• Check in and out with location, so attendance is a fact not a claim
• Leave requests that reach the manager and come back answered
• Salary, deductions and advances — each person sees only their own
• Shifts, night shifts across midnight, and a monthly sheet that adds up

FOR MANAGERS
• Who is in, who is late, who is on leave — today, on one screen
• Payroll built from the same attendance the employee can see
• Permissions per team and per module, not one ladder for everyone

Rabet Desk is the app for a Rabet workspace. Your company signs up at
rabetdesk.com, invites the team, and everyone signs in with their work email
and their own code. Arabic by default; English from Settings.

Sign-in requires an account created by your company.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.5.2 — 2026-10-24

Comments now show exactly what the customer wrote, and stickers and photos show as the image itself.
Your reply appears under every comment you answered, and replies made on Facebook count too.
Move a comment between Unread, Waiting and Done just like a chat. When a customer replies to your reply, their first comment and your answer show above it.
Plus fixes and improvements.

### 2.5.1 — 2026-10-23

Start a new WhatsApp chat from your QR-linked number with free text — no template needed.
"Send from" now shows each of your numbers as a card with its name, number and type.
Plus fixes and improvements.

### 2.5.0 — 2026-10-21

Comments now work like your chats: one list with Unread, Waiting and Done, and every comment shows the post or ad it was written on.
Open a comment to reply publicly or privately with your quick replies, and the next one opens.
Mark a comment that needs no reply as Done.
Plus fixes and improvements.

### 2.4.1 — 2026-10-18

More reliable WhatsApp calls: when the app is in the background, your phone now reconnects the moment a call rings, so incoming calls reach you.
Ringing stops when a colleague answers or the customer hangs up.
Plus fixes and improvements.

### 2.4.0 — 2026-10-15

Add attendance for several days at once, and set a custom shift for a day or a date range.
Ask for a missed punch to be fixed or swap a shift with a colleague, and managers approve both from the app.
Pick an employee's branch, and add an email to older accounts.
Checking in late now tells you the amount deducted.
Plus fixes and improvements.
