No Face ID login, forcing you to type in your pin every single time to login or even perform a transaction. Doesn’t help track your adherence to bonus interest requirements. Terrible interface. Can only set up to transfer cash to one external bank! ### 1/5 — Worst app to log in, I only try to check my savings 4 times a year and every time they lock me out *2025-09-27* The 6 didgit pin never works always says invalid, when I go to reset it they have already locked you out because it’s says your email is incorrect and your phone number is invalid, the last time I could successfully login was when they used to have the physical pin creator ### 2/5 — Glorified bank balance check *2025-09-03, version 3.1.0* Just a quick check of your bank balance. Not much more. ### 2/5 — Poor *2025-06-09, version 3.0.8* The app does not allow you to sign out easily, this is a Secuity fail. I had to contact the help line to find out that iPhones have a glitch with the app. ### 1/5 — Fails at being a banking app *2025-05-13, version 3.0.7* Make an online savings account. Verify my nominated account. Put savings in my savings account. Find out soon after that the bank is not letting me move funds from my savings account to my nominated account. Says to try again later. Try again later, it doesn’t work. Try internet banking. It asks for the secure code. Copy pasting the secure code. Doesn’t work. Try again with the next secure code. Doesn’t work. Type it out with the next secure code. It doesn’t work and locks me out of my account. Miserable experience, and the interest rate isn’t even good enough to justify it. Definitely isn’t “variable” considering it’s been sitting at 4.00% flat since I got it. There are better banking apps for banks with actual physical bank spots around. ### 1/5 — Clunky and poorly executed *2025-03-29, version 3.0.6* Aside from major issues with login and the appallingly managed transfer from Digipass, this app fails on so many levels. If you are going to force users to migrate to an app, its functionality and design need to be far more user focused and way better than it is. Your competitors such as Macquarie Bank are light years ahead. The app remains an insult to your clients and we’ve chosen to take our business elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Confusing *2025-02-28, version 3.0.5* Transitioning to the secure code is confusing, lots of bugs and now im locked out for the 3rd time. The app says I need the digipass - which on the phone the bank said I can throw that out. ### 1/5 — iPad App *2025-02-10, version 3.0.4* Does not orientate for IPad. Have to turn the iPad sideways to user it. Is it poorly programmed & am I poorly programmed.
