Please add the ability to update term deposits nearing the end of the term. There is no ability to change auto reinvest option or alter the terms when the term deposits come due.

No biometric login like every other banking I and forced to use a less secure pin. But often the pin doesn’t work so have to try again later. But if you enter it too many times it will lock you out and you have to phone them to get it unlocked but they are only open limited hours

App pretty frustrating for sure. After registering for secure code, every time I opened the app it would tell me my account is locked for security reasons and I had to go through the process to register for secure code again. Deleting and reinstalling the app seems to have resolved so far.

I downloaded the app and installed it successfully which enabled access to my accounts though the app. Using internet banking became impossible as the app failed to generate the required secure code. Rabo bank told me I must delete and reinstall the app, after waiting 20 minutes on the phone. Great system guys!
