This new Rabta app is extremely disappointing. The previous version was much better and more user-friendly. Now, if I want to book a ticket for 6 people, I have to enter all 6 entries one by one – it's frustrating and time-consuming. It used to be instant and easy before. Instead of making things simpler for users, this update has made everything more complicated. Please bring back the convenience we had earlier.

بہت افسوس کی بات ہے بہت زیادہ کاگروچ اور air conditioners کام نہیں کررہے سارے پیسے آپ لوگوں پر حرام ہے اکانومی کلاس سے بھی بُرا حال شرم کرو اگر غیرت ہو … عملہ بالکل نکما گارڈ اور TT بول رہے ہیں ہمارے بس کی بات نہیں ہے لعنت ایسے نظام پر ۔۔۔ online app غلط ہے سیٹ کی ترتیب غلط دکھائی ہے اوپر نیچے سیٹ ہے ہی نہیں app میں … مشکل اور ذلالت رسوائی … باتھ لیٹرین گندگی سے بھری پڑی ہے پانی نہیں بس لوٹ مار … جس چیز کے پیسے لیے service result 1% بھی نہیں ہے … افسوس … air conditioner والے ڈیزل بیچ کر کھا جاتے ہیں سارے سارے چور حرامی

Especially the coach numbers are not visible on IOS app. Rest the app is good. Railway should try to ensure that reservations for privatised trains are also available on the same app.
