## What is Raccoon Transit?

Pick a bus stop and Raccoon Transit turns it into a living pixel-art scene: real arrival times, real weather, and a bench full of raccoon commuters waiting for the same bus you are.

The arrivals board is live OneBusAway data for any stop in the Puget Sound region, so it shows what is actually coming and how many minutes away it is. It also shows the local temperature, a three day forecast, and the current EPA air quality reading.

Finding your stop:
- Search by stop name, stop code, or route number
- Ask for the stops closest to you, if you choose to share your location
- Heart the stops you use and switch between them without leaving the scene
- Open straight to a favorite, or to search, whichever you prefer

Made for iPhone and iPad. On an iPad left on a counter or a desk it becomes a departure board you can read across the room.

Raccoon Transit is free. There is no account, nothing to sign in to, no ads, and no third-party trackers. Your favorites and settings stay on your device.

Transit data comes from OneBusAway, an open source project of the Open Transit Software Foundation, provided AS IS by Sound Transit, King County Metro, Pierce Transit, Community Transit, Intercity Transit, Everett Transit, Seattle Streetcar, and Washington State Ferries.
