Team radio doesn’t work. Live Activities don’t work. Sometimes live race positions show up and sometimes they don’t. Scrolling completely freezes up on live positions and starts scrolling at about 1fps. There’s no explanation of what does or does not require a subscription. I tried deleting and re-installing with zero luck. I tried subscribing to Pro for a month hoping maybe some of the broken features needed Pro to work right- still didn’t work. I tried emailing the developer using the in-app support link, with no reply. I tried tweeting at the developer, with no reply. After scrolling through his social media it seems like he’s more interested in working on another app now that uses AI to summarize news articles (???) and trying to get hired by Apple. Save your money and look elsewhere. This app has so much potential but with zero support and a buggy feature set it’s not worth the time to download. ### 1/5 — Bad functions and even does not allow refund *2024-03-03* No useful functions to view each race details at all. Thanks, Shihab ### 1/5 — Asking to upgrade to pro every time app is opened *2023-11-02* I’m more than willing to pay for a quality app but bringing up a screen to upgrade to pro every time the app is opened is just not an experience that’s going to make me pay up. Thanks, Shihab ### 1/5 — Full of unfortunate bugs *2023-10-09* This is a beautifully designed app. I bought the pro version immediately after seeing John Gruber mention it, and have been disappointed ever since. Notifications don’t work consistently. Live Activities don’t work consistently. During the Qatar race yesterday, the app kept telling me that the race would start in negative time (eg 30 min after start it told me the race started in -30 minutes). I have filed multiple bug reports via email and gotten no response from the developer. I have also tried asking for support on Twitter with no luck. Thanks, Shihab ### 1/5 — Looks great, but doesn’t work *2023-07-23* This app is very well designed, however the notifications before the race don’t work and the “live” timings don’t update without force quitting the app and restarting it. Even when the app is open, the map number will randomly jump around during a race. Thank you, Shihab ### 3/5 — When it works, it’s excellent. *2024-03-01* Yesterday, I was able to review the practice results for the Bahrain GP. Today, after qualifying, I can’t see the results of qualifying or any of the practice sessions that were shown yesterday. I don’t know what makes it work sometimes and not others, but I like it when it does. ### 3/5 — Notifications don’t work (May 2023) *2023-05-30* The event/race alert feature doesn’t work. I used the “30 minutes before event” button. I checked that my notifications settings were correct. No notifications.
