Ребёнок и я в шоке : с нас списали 449 рублей за открытие машинок , а машинки так и не открылись. Перезагрузка и переустановка игры ничего не изменили. Я считаю - игра глючит или это развод на деньги! Никаких контактов для решения таких вопросов нет!!! Разработчики , разберитесь!

I accidentally clicked on a $80.00 add on for this ridiculous game.  Tried to close and it read my fingerprint.  Contacted Apple immediately and they refused to refund me, just told me to contact the developer.  I’m still waiting for a response!  Looks like I’m out $80 on this game.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience but only apple can give refunds for App Store products. Follow these steps to get your refund.

Sign into iTunes on a desktop or laptop machine
Choose iTunes store
Select Account from the sidebar once you are in the store section of iTunes
Scroll down to the "Purchase History" section
Choose the "See All" option on the right
Find the transaction in the list
Locate the tiny itty bitty circle arrow at the left of the transaction information
Click the "Report a Problem" button
The button will disappear and a link will appear that says "Report a Problem" next to the price. Choose the appropriate link.
This will load an external webpage and ask you for your Apple ID and password
This should take you to a page with more "Report a Problem" buttons
Select the app you are having an issue with and choose the proper case from the drop down menu. Fill out the message explaining your issue and express you would like a refund.
Hit submit and Apple will review and keep you posted about your refund.
