## What is Race Pacer?

Race Pacer is a race-day companion for hybrid fitness races.

Most athletes lose time in three places: starting the runs too fast, slow transitions, and stations with no pacing plan. Race Pacer helps with all three.

PACE TO YOUR GOAL
Enter a target finish time or your recent 5K and get target splits for all 8 runs, all 8 stations, and transitions, based on race-data medians for your division and finish bracket. Use presets for sub-1:40, sub-1:30 and sub-1:20, or go custom.

RACE LIVE ON APPLE WATCH
Start a race or simulation on your wrist. One tap marks each station, so run, station, and transition times are recorded separately. A live time bank shows whether you're ahead of or behind your plan, with a haptic nudge the moment you slip. Heart rate is included, and GPS helps detect your runs so you tap less.

FIND YOUR LOST MINUTES
After the race, see a full timeline and a breakdown of where you lost time versus your plan and your division's median. Share a clean race-report card to your stories.
