Not I can lose all those "scratchpad" notes and put all the info in one place. It has lots of neat features, including the ability to display race location, mapping, and website within the app, as well as the handy ability to text or email all race details at the touch of a button. It also stores notes and expo information for each race. I love the unique graphical interface. A few suggestions for future updates: 1 add a checkbox within each record called "entry fee received." Races with this box checked display a different color in the future races list. It would also be nice to have the ability to sort future races by this status, i.e. "show only races with entry fee paid" checkbox. 2 add the ability to delete a record. 3 add the ability to print race details. 4 add the ability to search the notes or expo field. Wish it would sync with the race website and I wish I could print the list of races. Now I can’t even log in because it throws an Internet Connection error even though I am connected. Also, why does this app need an Internet connection anyway? One bug I’ve found is when you enter your info for a future race, sometimes the date of the race can’t be chosen. I had to pick a day before or a day after the correct date. One bug I’ve found is when you enter your info, the time you enter it is what time is registered. Yes, I could use a spreadsheet, but I really like having a dedicated app to keep track of what races I’m interested in, have I registered or not, where packet pick up is, and how I did in the end. It does a great job of helping sift through the data, too. If I want to see my time for every 5k in order of finish time, I can. If I want to see how much I’ve spent on race registrations in a particular year or even since I started running (I probably don’t want that figure), I can see it quickly. Two things I can suggest for improvement. For some reason, the date picker doesn’t always work as it should, at least on iPhone 13 in iOS 15 and 16. That can be frustrating. The second thing is that I wish I could back up my data. There may be a way but I haven’t seen it. I’m not going anywhere, but I have races back to 2011 in there, and it would be nice to know I have everything backed up in the (hopefully) unlikely event that the app is no longer supported at some point. Anyway, I’m grateful for one of the few apps I’d be just crushed if I couldn’t use anymore. It’s for sure 5 stars for me. ### 5/5 — My Fav Racing App! *2023-01-12, version 2.0.2* It had been so long since I logged into Race Addict after taking a break from racing for a bit and needed help getting back in. Christy was SO fast in supporting me and it made me realize I had never left any sort of review. This app is amazing! Keeps track of allllll my races through the years, the distances, the finish times, all the information! Helps me remember when I have upcoming races and make sure I don’t double book myself for a race weekend 😂 I love being able to sort the races in so many different ways, categorize them by distance etc… it really does everything I need it to do to keep all my race information organized at the plan of my hand. ### 5/5 — I 💜💜💜 this app. *2021-01-27, version 1.9* I been using this app for 4 years now. I depend on it if another runner ask me to join them on a state. I first check here to see if I completed that state then let my friend know if it’s a go/no go. PR times are saved for all distances. The app is very user friendly and the support is quick and responsive. I noticed an issue with the app connecting to WiFi over the weekend and by Monday there was a fix! Best $1.99 I’ve ever spent! I am a true Addict with at least 1 Race (if not more) every weekend. I’ve come to rely on it for keeping track of my races and times. No more spreadsheets that you can’t access on your phone on the go. After over 4 years of using this app, I’ve only experienced 2 problems. When I had entered over 100 races, the app didn’t display that many. I promptly messaged them and they went to work on a fix/update. Then this weekend there was an iOS problem with logging on. I messaged them again and received a prompt answer that they were working on a fix. Only thing I'd recommend for future versions, is ability to input races that have a date range last couple days (rundisney challenges or Ragnar relays) and then I can see how future versions could even have a connection to some of the more major races where you input race name and maybe it inputs some of the basic info info for you. But otherwise great app and perfect since there really is nothing else out there like it for managing race info like this!
