Moin, die App hat bis vor kurzem Fahrt los funktioniert bis zu dem Zeitpunkt wo iOS 18.5 veröffentlicht wurde.

Dauerhafter Lade Kreis nach Bluetooth PIN Eingabe, mit dem iPhone 16 Pro mehrfach schon die Apps deinstalliert. Das Handy neu gestartet hilft alles nicht. Muss jetzt ein uralte Samsung Galaxy S9 dafür benutzen.

It’s a real shame that when I connect my phone to CarPlay I don’t have an app for Racechip!! This would be so much better to have the ability to change nodes via the cars CarPlay and not have to man handle the mobile.

Ganz dringend beheben... Hatte schon unter iOS 13 & dem iPhone 11 Pro massive Probleme auf den Chip zu zugreifen,  keine Verbindung möglich meist ging einfach nichts was extrem ärgerlich ist und die eigentlichen Eigenschaften des Chips total passé sind. Da hätte ich mir den Chip auch sparen können... Seit iOS 14 ist jetzt endgültig aus, jetzt geht gar nichts mehr!!!!
Der Chip ist nun auch nicht wirklich günstig und nicht null acht fünfzehn vom Grabbeltisch und dann kann man damit nicht agieren das geht gar nicht....!!!!!!!!!!
Bitte macht endlich was....!!!!!!!!

Sonst geht alles Retour und die Konkurrenz bekommt eine neue Kundin...fahre schon ein paar Jahre mit Race Chip und langsam hab ich die Nase voll das es ständig nicht geht...!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😠

Habe den Chip Rs und die Steuerung über App. 
Chip funktioniert recht gut aber die App ist eine Katastrophe !!! Immer wieder Verbindungsprobleme die nicht behoben werden und an der App selber wird auch nichts verbessert. Seit iOS 13 komme ich überhaupt nicht mehr auf den Chip und muss mit den letzten Mode fahren. Vielleicht wird ja langsam mal wieder was gemacht und behoben und nicht nur drauf ausgeruht !!

Seit dem letzten Update verbindet sich die App auf meinem iPhone X häufig nicht mit meinem GTs Black. Muss die App mehrfach neu starten. 
Oft warte ich einfach bis zum Antritt meiner Rückfahrt ab um den Motor neu zu starten für die Neuverbindung. 
Das nervt mich sehr sehr. 
Bitte um schnellen Fix. 
 
- Außerdem hat die App mit 50€ Aufpreis eine Verschönerung verdient. 

Positiv find ich immer noch die Fahrzeugprofilseite. Sollte defintiv ausgebaut werden.

2.5.1にアップデートしたらBluetoothが繋がらなくなった。
インストールし直しても繋がらず。
どうにかして欲しい。

2.4.1でも2.4.0と同じで
ACTIVEになりません。
コリャ相当重症だわ
何とかならんのか？

ACTIVEにならない設定になった？
確かに2.4.2でもそのまま変わらず。
それならわかりやすい説明と紛らわしいACTIVE画面のサンプルは消して欲しい。

It does what it says it will do, but for the past few weeks now it’s been crashing. You guys need to either focus on this app more or add more of your products to the Racechip+ app. For $500+ I’d like reliability

The new update has stoped a feature of knowing the chip is active, yes it’s nice to be able to change from eco, sport or race whilst moving, but I feel it’s better to have the active screen, please put it back

Have had on two Mercedes cars. The Australian support network is not good. I sent the ultimate box for reflashing for the 2nd car. They did it incorrectly, and ended up causing damage to the diesel particulate filter by flooding it with too much fuel. Had issues with installation too.  Originally they sent me installation diagrams for the wrong car!!  Eventually, for a DIY product, I had to take it to an authorised installer and spend more money. Please fix the support network.

Heute das aktuell Update aufgespielt. Immer noch das selbe. Kein Koppel. Über Bluetooth möglich . Fehlermeldungen die Koppelungen ID falsch wäre . Ich frage mich für was ich Geld bezahle wenn nichts an diesem Schrottteil klappt. Der Oberhammer ist das mir RaceChip ein Profil für den Audi Q2 1,4 verkauft und einspielt obwohl ich einen 1,0 tfsi habe. Mapping von 4 Zylinder ist das gleich wie für einen 3 Zylinder? Ich glaube ich muss am Verstand von RaceChip zweifeln! Service ist sowieso ein Fremdwort für diese Firma. Keinerlei Rückmeldung weder per Telefon noch E-Mail. Leute läßt die Finger davon. Ich hatte die Box an 2 Fahrzeugen und nur Stress und Ärger mit RaceChip. Und für so eine Leistung auch ich 500 EUR plus 99 EUR für umprogrammieren verlangen ist absolutes NoGo

Dafür dass man beim Kauf des Chips zusätzlich 50€ bezahlen muss, damit man diesen über app steuern kann, ist die Bedienung ein schlechter Witz!!😡 
Zudem kann man sich aktuell nie sicher sein, ob der Chip aktiv ist oder nicht, da man seit neuestem offenbar die Fahreinstellung auch während der Fahrt ändern kann!

Curiosamente, quando tento conectar para o RaceChip XLR a conexão se estabelece rapidamente.

I purchased a RaceChip for my Passat TDI. It worked okay for a week or so and then caused rough acceleration. I tried the troubleshooting solutions in their manual. Nothing worked. I ended up having to take my car to the mechanic and have a few hundred dollars of repairs. I tried to return the RaceChip but was told it was over 30 days. It is difficult to meet their 30 day policy when the device has to be shipped back to Germany.

Bei Verbindungen zwischen Handy und dem Chip kommt es immer zu Fehlern. Nach Chip mehrmals einbauen alles löschen und Verbindungen löschen klappt es dann. Hält genau für eine Fahrt, am nächsten Tag wieder das selbe Problem. Liebes RaceChip Team so kann das nicht bleiben hier muss unbedingt was gemacht werden. Dafür Geld zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Zum Glück habe ich den Chip gebraucht gekauft.

The app crashes all the time and the actual vehicle performance device is useless. Constantly sends the vehicle into limp mode. You call racechip to sort it and they effectively turn down the values on the device so that the performance increase can’t even be noticed. It still goes into limp mode so I’ve had to turn it off.

Arkadaşlar 2 yıl F30 320i ed (1,6lt 170hp) aracımda sorunsuz kullandım. 3 yıldır da F20 LCI 116d (1,5lt 116hp) araçta kullanıyorum. Performans artışı 320i de çok belirgindi, 116d ise stock olanlara göre daha iyi ama çok da fazla performans beklenecek bir motor değil.
