Discovered after writing to tech support that there was a lag between registration and app accessibility. Now I can log in and have entered two days' of logs. Three stars because it's just a way for me to submit miles, nothing fancy. Seems to work. 1/1/2017: I only got as far as "Invalid email or password" notice each log in attempt using original password. Changed password twice. Same result.
