## What is RaceDecide?

Who's going to do it? Let them race for it.

Coffee runs, cleaning duty, presentation order, who's "it" — whenever the call is awkward, open a pixel racetrack. Add everyone, hit start, and eight little horses settle it fairly.

■ Good for
- Deciding who buys today's coffee or snacks
- Picking cleaning duty and errand runners
- Setting presentation and game order
- Choosing who's "it" before splitting teams

■ Genuinely fair
- The outcome is drawn from the iOS system random source before the race starts. The race is presentation, not the draw
- Choose how randomness behaves: avoid repeating the previous result, or leave every outcome on the table
- Pick the winner, pick the loser, second-and-last, or choose any finishing places you want

■ Prefer a ladder to a racetrack
- The same result can be revealed as a ladder draw (amidakuji) instead. Pick it on the setup screen
- Either way the result is drawn the same way. Only the way it is shown changes

■ A race worth watching
- Three distances: 400m sprint, 800m chase, 1200m comeback
- 3-2-1 countdown, live commentary, running order, and a photo finish
- Sound and haptics, each switchable in settings

■ Light and private
- 2 to 8 players or teams
- No account, no server — the core app works fully offline
- Names and history stay on the device and are excluded from backups
- Save the people and rules you use often, then start again in one tap
- Clear any record, or all of them, whenever you want

The horse race only presents the result. There is no money, no odds, no payments, and no prizes.
