You can’t see your yearly progress, for example the 2026 challenge, I have no clue how much progress I’ve made and there isn’t an obvious place to be able to view that information. A couple of us only updated at the mile markers, another showed as still at home. Cheers don’t come through even with AirPods. Just get a notice that someone sent one. My wife and grandkids sent me several “cheers” and the event organizer even had custom cheers every mile. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Kind of useless *2026-05-24, version 3.1.162* It doesn’t really give you tracking info from race gates. It requires the runner to carry a phone and only gives you data from the phone. So if they don’t have their phone on them it thinks they haven’t started. And the splits and results are completely useless. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate and clumsy *2026-05-24, version 3.1.162* I’ve run many marathons and the instructions to use (turn it on when I cross the start line? Isn’t that what the bib is for?), the inability to pull up results in a timely fashion, and inaccuracy of my own results were quite discouraging. There’s no way to turn this off even if you turn on notifications and just enable badges. It’s annoying AF and it just makes me delete the app whenever I don’t need it. The app seems like it was thrown together. It doesn’t track your personal progress, you have to search through a database and it can’t find your bin number or team. I don’t have a single positive thing to say about this app. ### 1/5 — So difficult to use *2025-11-26, version 3.1.160* Any race directors, please do not use this app. Runners have to download the app, :”spectators have to download the app, and runners have to run with run with their phone and activate the app before the race.
