Racemap broadcasts your sports event live to the Internet, smartphones and social media. For athletes, spectators and organizers. 
You can easily set up your own live tracking for you, your friends or for your sports event.
GPS-Tracking for sports events with many athletes just with a smartphone - family, friends and fans from everywhere keep track to your race. After the sports event you can replay the competition.

### 1/5 — Was für eine Müll-App

Die App ist leider ziemlich unübersichtlich und intuitiv kaum zu bedienen.
Man kann nicht einmal nach Vor- und Nachname eines Läufers suchen – das ist für eine Lauf-App eigentlich ein absolutes Muss.
Besonders störend finde ich, dass man statt der Zeiten der eigenen Favoriten immer nur die Gesamtzeit des gesamten Laufs angezeigt bekommt. Das macht die App für mich persönlich unbrauchbar.

The Chattanooga Track Club in Chattanooga, TN, USA, used RACEMAP at the Chickamauga Battlefield Races on November 8, 2025.  It was a huge hit.  Everything worked as planned due to the assistance provided by Konrad and Jens.  They are great.  Jens even checked in with me race morning and confirmed all was working well.  I highly recommend RACEMAP.  You will not be disappointed. 🙂

Vielleicht ist die App ja gut, aber wenn das Backend bei einer Großveranstaltung völlig zusammenbricht ist das halt einfach nur eine glatte Themaverfehlung. Vielleicht besser geeignet für kleine Kinderveranstaltungen im U8/U10 Bereich.

Ob es am Veranstalter lag oder an der APP, keine Ahnung. Im Gesamtergebnis war ich enttäuscht. Die Performance der APP beim “24Std Rennen Rad am Ring” war eine Katastrophe. Da kann man es besser lassen und braucht sich dann keine Sorgen machen wenn die Fahrer nicht mehr auftauchen.
Schade die Idee ist im allgemeinen ja super.

Bei unseren Läufen ist es durch Racemap immer gut möglich alle Teilnehmer zuverlässig zu orten und die Laufpositionen über das Livetracking zu verfolgen. Perfekt 👍

In der Theorie ne tolle Sache, aber in der Praxis hapert es doch gewaltig. Es sollte dringend an der Stabilität der App gearbeitet werden. Wollte meinen Freund beim Dresden Marathon verfolgen. Bis Kilometer 10 war er in der App zu sehen, danach ging plötzlich nix mehr. Sehr ärgerlich! Auch alle Freunde und Bekannte hatten das selbe Problem. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir haben die App wieder beim Ultra Lauf im März 2023 benutzt. Drei Tages Etappen von Cottbus über Peitz, Lübbenau, Schwarzheide nach Dresden mit insgesamt 220km. Abgesehen vom Sicherheitsfaktor das jeder Zeit ein Läufer mit Problemen gerodet werden konnte . Es konnten auch jederzeit Familien…freunde und Bekannte sehen wo wir waren. Das hat sehr motiviert. Immer wieder gerne. Zudem musste zwischen Tag zwei und drei nichtmal nachgeladen werden…supi
