Ще один велосипед придумали, молодці 👍 просто неможливо користуватися, жахливий досвід від ux. Верифікація по фото документу, ви серйозно? Подвійна конвертація при оплаті в гривнях?? І нащо вам здався stripe для 99% платежів, де платники українці?

Ніколи не пишу поганих відгуків, але враження від користування ще ті, зайти неможливо, видає внутрішню помилку, підтримка мовчить, видаляю і забуваю, буду приймати участь у заходах де організаторам не все одно на їх учасників.

Обліковий запис з runua не підтягується. Треба створювати новий. 

Додаток вимагає надати паспортні дані для реєстрації на забіг. Абсолютно не секʼюрно і схоже більше на шахрайство. Щось організатори змагань вигадали не те. 

Якщо без цього не можна зареєструватись на забіг, то і ладно. 

UX також хромає.

Нічого не працює, реєстрація практично не можлива, коли вдалося зареєструватися (з 5 разу) через додаток - не підтягнуло забіги- зайшла через сайт, там постійно видає невірно вказаний пароль. В партнера така сама історія + просить подвійну конвертацію при спробі оплатити. Просто вирішили не бігти забіг - бо це треш.

Тиждень не можу зайти в свій профіль. Вибиває помилку зверніться до організатора

Після останнього оновлення не можна було зайти за своїм логіном і паролем. Писало, що така електронка не зареєстрована. Хоча перед тим все було ок і було пройдено верифікацію із документами. Також зникли майбуті забіги на які реєструвалися. Тепер їх нема навіть у календарі

Встановив програму, зареєструвався. Після цього додав фото документів для підтвердження. Все працювало. Потім запускаю програму нічого не працює і на кожному заголовку на кожній кнопці є напис «KEY NOT FOUND”. Пробув застосунок видаляти і по новому встановлювати - нічого не змінюється.
