How the hell can your reward points ever expire? I bought your gas you take my points that’s ridiculous. I’ll never shop at Raceway again!!!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-01-18, version 25.8.0* I downloaded the app and registered and there is an offer to complete registration and age verification for $0.25 off your first 5 fuel purchases. However you can’t complete the age verification. I got gas last night and it says account not found. I called the phone number on the receipt and after 30 minutes of talking to the agent, I’m transferred to zip line. Zip line does not handle raceway and was told to call the phone number on the receipt so in essence nobody knows anything. I was able to verify all the account information but yet they can’t find it. On my third phone transfer I’m told the only way it will work is if you link a bank account, I told them I use numerous accounts for fuel and there’s no way to link them all so to sum it up if you only want it for the rewards you’re not going to get it so don’t waste your time with the app. ### 4/5 — No receipt in machine *2026-06-05, version 26.2.9* There was no receipt after my purchase in the machine I had to walk inside to get it otherwise everything was great ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2026-04-25, version 26.2* I like the app it’s quick and easy to use even for someone I would like me.
