## What is Rach?

Rach is a roster planner for cabin crew — built by a solo developer, not an airline.

WHAT'S FREE
• Import your roster (text, CSV, or PDF) and see it laid out on a real calendar
• A rest schedule that suggests when to wind down before an early report, based on the sleep you want
• Ask Rach — talk to her about your roster, your stats, and the city you're in, no account needed
• AI layover plans — a plan that fits the hours you actually have on the ground, 3 a month
• A recovery estimate from your sleep pattern and time-zone shift
• Your journey and crew passport — flights, kilometres, and countries as they add up
• A cabin pre-flight checklist

RACH PREMIUM ($3.99/month or $37.99/year, auto-renews, cancel anytime in your App Store settings)
• Deeper answers from Ask Rach when a question needs real thought
• More AI layover plans — up to 10 a day instead of the free 3 a month
• Layover destination intel — nearby places, ratings, weather, and local currency
• A per-diem estimator, using rates you enter yourself
• Offline destination packs for when you're not connected
• Extra themes and custom checklists with history

BEING HONEST WITH YOU
Rach's rest schedule is a suggestion, not an alarm — nothing rings. Always set your own alarm.
Ask Rach and layover plans are assistant features and can be wrong. Rach suggests, you decide — verify opening hours and anything else that matters before you rely on it.
Rach doesn't give fitness-for-duty, medical, or fatigue advice, and your company's policy always comes first.
Per-diem figures use only the rates you enter; Rach doesn't assert or guarantee any rate.
Layover information comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete.

No account is required. Your roster and diary live on your device — see our privacy policy for exactly what's sent to build your layover guide and why.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-17

Rach listens better — this update is all about Ask Rach getting questions right.

• Ask a two-part question — "how long is my layover and what can I fit into it?" —
and Rach now answers all of it, instead of answering the half she recognised.

• No more wrong turns to the plan builder: asking a question is answered like one.
Asking for a plan when your roster has no layover gets an honest answer too — not
an empty planner.

• Fresh look on the App Store — new screenshots that show Rach the way she actually
looks.

As always: Rach suggests, you decide. Verify hours, and company policy always
comes first.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-14

Rach got a tune-up — this one is all polish and reliability.

• Ask Rach answers once, cleanly — no more doubled-up replies when a question gets her deeper thinking.

• Share how you're feeling and Rach can keep it — she'll offer "Add to diary" with a real button, right there in the chat. Not in the mood? "Not now" means not now.

• Roster changed? Fix any duty right on its page — tap Edit, change it to sick leave, a swap, or new times, and your journey and passport stats follow automatically.

• Dark themes: your kilometres flown on the Journey screen are readable again.

• Calendar days show clear duty codes — SBY, ADO, TRG — instead of squeezed labels.

• If a screen ever hits a snag, you'll see a friendly "Try again" instead of a blank page — your roster and diary stay safe on your device.

• Born on 29 February? Your birthday now lands on the right day every year.

• Easier on the thumbs and on screen readers: bigger touch targets, clearer labels, and buttons no longer hide behind the dock.

As always: Rach suggests, you decide. Verify hours, and company policy always comes first.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-10

Rach just got a lot better at listening.

• Tell Rach your plans in your own words — "I want hotpot and a quick Tesco run" — and she'll take you straight to the layover planner with everything you said already filled in. No retyping, no starting over.

• Ask Rach is now a real conversation. Chat about whatever's on your mind on a layover — she knows your roster and your city, and when a question deserves deeper thought, she takes it (Premium).

• Layover plans now respect your evening: your requested stops are scheduled with real travel times, back-to-back where it makes sense, and your free time shows up honestly — "2h 45m free — time to rest at the hotel" instead of a blank gap.

• Plans protect your report time. Every plan ends before your wind-down, with your sleep hours guarded.

• Plenty of fixes under the hood: plans build more reliably, stops are never scheduled twice, and a failed plan never takes your last good one away.

As always: Rach suggests, you decide. Verify hours, and company policy always comes first.
