It doesn’t have the most basic ribbons and medals. Don’t waste your money. **Developer response:** I am sorry to hear this. The most recent admins from each branch were used. If you don’t mind letting us know which “basic” ribbons are missing I’ll reference the admins and get it out in an update immediately. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t have all ribbons *2018-10-11* What kind of rack builder doesn’t have every services ribbons? Absolutely terrible! Do not waste your money **Developer response:** This new update includes USMC, Army, Navy, and Air Force ribbons. Please update when it’s available. I hope it is more what you had expected. ### 1/5 — Bad *2018-10-05* This app does not include all the army ribbons, no ARCOM???? And it doesn’t let you acomódate multiple ribbons to see if they need a star, number or oak leaf . **Developer response:** Hi Neodimitry. You’re right, originally I made it with only USMC ribbons. This new update includes USMC, Army, Navy, and Air Force ribbons. Thank you for your feedback as it lead to this improvement. I hope you are satisfied with the update. ### 2/5 — “Build” not working? *2023-08-13* Went through the list of awards. Marked and added the ones I have. Added stars and whatever to match my award orders. When I was done, clicked “Build” and nothing happened. Closed out the app and tried again. Still nothing. Did I miss a step? ### 2/5 — Not worth the $1 *2021-10-28* It’s the only app on the store that shows you a good rack setup but you can do it online for free. I was hoping for something that would save your rack so you don’t have to input your ribbons again and again. No search option, you have to find each one in a long list. A good app would know which devices are allowed for each ribbon as well rather than making you guess what to put on for multiples. ### 3/5 — DFC still wrong *2025-09-05* DFC is still wrong but cool app with a few glitches ### 3/5 — DFC is wrong colors *2023-03-23* Distinguish Flying Cross ribbon needs to be changed it is the British ribbon not the US one. ### 4/5 — I had high hopes *2020-10-16* I thought this would have the correct devices added to the ribbons. Unfortunately that is not the case. No knots, or numbers that are needed for the Army good conduct medal and the NCO professional development ribbon. Also the stars (bronze and silver) are spread apart too far. Not realistic.I also wish there was some sort of save feature. That way I don’t have to keep selecting the awards again. Move my review from one star to 4 stars for the awesome response back from the developer. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Devices have been updated for all rib in the most recent update. I hope this corrects your rack :) Regarding the badges and other uniform items, the scope of this utility app is focused on the ribbon rack construction. That being said, your idea of adding shooting badges below and training devices (jump wings, eod, scuba bubbles, etc) is a good one and something we may include in a future update. ### 5/5 — Multiple Services *2020-08-01* I have multiple service ribbons and it won’t combine the different ones into one one rack. **Developer response:** I hope you are enjoying the recent updates! I emailed the developer and had a reply within a few hours that stated he was working it. He emailed me back to let me know the errors had been fixed. All this happened over the holiday weekend. Great customer service. ### 5/5 — Worth it! *2019-06-02* Stylish, simple, efficient. Even if you aren't using it to build a rack, it's great for identifying ribbons from other services you're not familiar with.
