RackWatt is a fully offline field toolkit for data center critical facilities technicians, operations engineers, and commissioning agents. Data halls are radio hostile and access controlled, so everything works with zero connectivity. THE METHOD OF PROCEDURE, DIGITIZED The core of RackWatt is procedure execution. Build or import a Method of Procedure, then execute it step by step. Initial every line, capture an automatic timestamp, add notes, photos, and readings, and finish with technician, peer reviewer, and manager signatures. Export a signed PDF record ready for the operations file. Pre execution guardrails confirm authorization, risk level, the current redundancy state, and the back out plan before any critical work begins. Pause or abort with a reason, and get a hard prompt to execute the back out plan. CALCULATORS THAT SHOW THEIR WORK A full power and cooling suite: UPS battery runtime, UPS sizing and loading, generator fuel runtime, three phase power, rack power density, power usage effectiveness, redundancy modeling for N, N plus 1, 2N, and 2N plus 1, arc flash awareness, airflow and heat load, delta T targets, airflow by density, and refrigeration. UPS gains battery string failure, running on bypass, and capacitor and fan aging.
