The app already has your membership number, you try to track your job you just logged and it doesn’t have it recorded, so you’re like ‘are you guys coming or not?’ Cool functionality 👍 NOT ### 1/5 — Find a better way to keep me logged in. It’s frustrating when I need the card at the servo *2025-07-13, version 3.6.2* I only use the app to keep a record of my card for fuel discounts. I keep getting logged out. Either enable Face ID by default or ensure the form fields are fine to support password managers. It’s really frustrating enough that I should just take a screenshot of my card which I don’t think you want customers doing right. If I had another option I’d choose it rather than a frustrating app. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-06-27, version 3.6.2* There needs to be a way of copying the member number on the card. The app crashes if you change tabs (looking for a way to copy the membership number). I don’t like being asked if I need help the instant I open the app. I hate popups. ### 5/5 — Perfectly functional *2025-05-22, version 3.6.2* Great app for its intended purpose which is to arrange roadside assistance within the app. It can track the patrol and gives an ETA. Very useful. This helps avoid having to call. ### 1/5 — Can’t find Tracker on App *2025-05-20, version 3.6.2* I was sent text to track assistance. Already had the App - but I’ve clicked all over & cannot see WHERE to track progress of assistant. Some clarity would be good. ### 1/5 — Mr Shaun Sykes *2025-04-28, version 3.6.2* Waiting 3 hours guy drove past me!!!! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-04-11, version 3.6.2* Continues to loop into “you need to call” despite all details being correct. ### 1/5 — Frozen front page *2025-01-15, version 3.6.2* Went to the App Store to get the app. Only had the ‘open’ option so opened. Freezes on the‘emergency questions’ and I can’t get any further ### 1/5 — Most useless app ever don’t bother *2024-10-11, version 3.6.2* Every single time you leave the app to look at another page it resets, so absolutely frustrating, full of inaccuracies and glitches don’t bother just sit and wait for ever and hope they turn up 🙄 ## Frequently asked questions about RACQ Roadside Assistance ### How do I request roadside assistance with RACQ?
