How do you not know that? A message pops up advising you will be diverted to Paypal for payment and it then just takes you back to the original Benefits screen. Tried a few times but unable to purchase using Paypal though shown as an option. Then the app says pick a PIN number (which I do) then do I want to enable Face ID (which I enable). Then the next time I log into the App the whole process of entering the email then password to login to login into the app then being asked to pick a PIN and enabling Face ID. For the initial input, a keyboard is displayed, for a confirmation, no keyboard and no way to confirm the pin. iPad with all latest updates installed ### 1/5 — Pin request *2026-08-18, version 2.1.0* Every time i log in the app request that i setup a pin number , it don’t remember the old one , I have 2 FA and face id but there not seem to be working because keep asking me to set up a new pin number before let me login . It’s a great tool, but the icon really sticks out on a dark home screen and breaks the clean, standardized look I’m trying to keep across my phone. I’d love to see it updated with those modern UI touches so it blends in better with the rest of my setup. I’ll be the first to update this to 5 stars once it’s looking a bit more current! ### 1/5 — Cheapest fuel servos missing *2025-10-14, version 1.4.0* Not sure why the prices from the cheapest service stations are missing….. ### 1/5 — Unreliable at best *2025-10-08, version 1.4.0* Very disappointing especially in an age where companies want us to use their digital platforms, but those platforms are not equipped to handle upgrades to systems and products. Spent several days sorting out a roadside payment issue that was made through this app. Money removed from my account, a ‘receipt’ sent from RACV to confirm payment. 10days later app still says payment required and no one can find said payment. Once sorted was told it’s a known app issue and they are ‘working’ on a fix but are having trouble. Start employing more staff RACV as I will telephoning my payments in from now on ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-09-02, version 1.3.1* Absolute garbage! Updated and paid my renewal 1/8/2025 today is 2/9/2025 and data is still wrong - not showing all my vehicles, drivers etc. Showing that my policy has expired yet they have my money in their bank.
