Been over two months. *2023-01-31* Been trying for a couple months now. Nothing. ### 1/5 — App is Horrible! Customer Service Non-existent *2022-06-28, version 2.8.1* Updated app will not allow my phone number to be verified. So I cannot access my finds previously purchased. I have deleted and re-installed the app several times with no success. Attempts to contact them via their contact form or by email directly have been unsuccessful as well. Deleted the app and redownloaded it and brought me to the exact spot and is preventing me from signing in to my personal account that I had alrdy made. Emailed from the website for help and got no response. Not even for a service charge. Poor customer service. Funds should be available by county and not individual cities. Now, I cannot get into my account and after sending an email for a new password, I cannot get a response from anyone…I just keep getting your account had been flagged. Flagged, flagged for what? Inflation has made it 10x harder for these small businesses to stay open. Heard about this app through the local restaurant I work at. Caved in and downloaded it lol. I had no problems using it at local business. You can even include the tip. The app is fairly easy to use but before the new update I liked how you were able to see which businesses were participating before you decided on a community.
