### 3/5 — Stop

*2026-07-15, version 6.9.1*

At least give me a place to stop you sending me this. STOPPING IS

### 3/5 — Not for everyone

*2025-12-04*

They talk a LOT in these classes, aiming to teach the theory and the “why” and expecting you to know the Latin names for all your muscle groups, etc. probably more information than most want, but if that’s your jam, you’ll probably love it.

### 2/5 — Good start but needs work

*2024-12-02*

There are very good ideas here for how to use different mobility tools. However, as a follow along app, it needs improvement. For example it is not clear when to switch sides, and it’s confusing to have the video jump from a follow along portion to a description of where on the body to roll. Both videos are useful, but alternating between the two is confusing without a voiceover. Hope they keep working on this app.

### 2/5 — The tutorials are a let down

*2023-02-22, version 5.1.4*

I purchased the face roller, the “how to video”is not impressive. I expected a little more explanation and more than 15-20 seconds demo of each area. The quality of the product seems good; I’ve only used it a few times. Hopefully better tutorials exist outside of the app. For that reason I most likely would not purchase another product. The app does offer more through a subscription $12.99 monthly or $49.99. However, I just paid for the product and the subscription for everything is getting a bit excessive.

### 4/5 — App freezes

*2022-12-09, version 5.1.4*

App freezesapp

### 2/5 — Good product,bad app

*2022-10-29*

I believe the product itself is good, however, I used the app for a short time and then could not access it anymore. I was only using the free part so maybe you are only allowed to get the free stuff for a short period of time. However, I feel cheated after spending a considerable amount on the various tools.

### 2/5 — App doesn’t work when using a VPN

*2021-12-27, version 2.1.1*

Helpful idea, but the library of techniques in the app won’t load when using a VPN - which makes me wonder why I need to lower my phone’s security to access this content

### 3/5 — Unpredictable

*2021-12-24*

It was great at first but then after purchasing the equipment and getting into a routine the app changed to limited unpaid content. Not sure if this was just bad timing or if they do this with each new customer as a way to draw people in.

### 3/5 — Pay to play

*2021-12-11*

If you have version 1.3 my advice is don’t update to version 2.0 or above. Rad now makes you pay to use the app in any meaningful way. There is some free content available but basically you have to pay to use the app now.

### 2/5 — Not working

*2021-11-30, version 2.0*

Since the update I can’t open anything and when I tried to download the app on my android tablet it can’t even find the app in the google play store. Really want to use the rollers I just got but sad that the app won’t play any of the videos
Just get an error code

### 3/5 — App was an easy 5 star before

*2021-11-29*

Most recent update has taken away the 5 step videos that were once all together when you wanted to target an area or do something like “Shoulder Opening.”

### 1/5 — Can’t create account

*2021-04-18, version 1.3*

Won’t let me create an account in any way, therefore unusable. Frankly should be able to use without creating an account. Unreal, such a horrible experience

### 1/5 — Could use some work

*2020-06-04*

The app itself is very hard to navigate. Finding what you’re looking for is to difficult. Certain icons are very low quality. Scrolling is awkward/doesn’t feel natural. Really feels like an app that was slapped together in a weekend. Organization is a nightmare coupled with all the navigation issues(I.e. scrolling, lack of gesture support, and confusing titles). I’m honestly just disappointed in this app. I really like the product but learning how to use it was part of the deal and this app is borderline unusable. Please fix it.

### 4/5 — Best in the business

*2020-04-09, version 1.3*

RAD Roller products are far and away The best products on the market in the SMFR world. The short playlists on this app (MFR sequences) makes sending “homework” home with my yoga students easy and accessible. Really excellent

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-04-06, version 6.8.2*

Too fast not enough time with the exercise

### 1/5 — Site difficult

*2026-03-15, version 6.8.2*

I am a veteran. Just received the equipment from my pt person at the VA. Trying to learn how to use this. Can only chose one thing and then what ever I am seeing can’t be changed. No voice instruction.

### 1/5 — Can’t cancel subscription

*2025-12-23, version 5.9.5*

To cancel the subscription you’ll need to fill out a google form written in German.

### 1/5 — Not enough free content

*2025-03-11, version 5.9.5*

The cost of the products is quite high. You would think the company would supply better free content. The free content available cuts off and doesn’t show you everything. I’m not paying $13 a month for content I can get for free online.

### 1/5 — Busted

*2023-09-21, version 5.7*

The app timing is all off. Why would I buy anything.

### 1/5 — Garbage. Now you need an account just to see the exercises.

*2023-04-07, version 5.4*

This app used to be amazing. I used it all the time for reference. Now I just get a login prompt. I don’t have and do not need an account to use the Rad gear I already bought. Now the equipment I purchased is rendered nearly useless. I relied on the app to walk me through the exercises I needed.

### 1/5 — Not any better than the last time I deleted it.

*2021-12-23, version 2.1.1*

This app is terrible. You are better off following their IG page for how to incorporate their tools into your workouts. Good products, terrible app.

### 1/5 — Ridiculously overpriced

*2021-12-18*

I’ve never left a review like this. I bought 2 times this company makes from a local spa which they highly recommend. You’d think after spending about $100 in products that the company would want to educate people on how to use them for free.

Boy was I wrong, you should be ashamed of yourself for wanting $400 more out of your customers to teach them how to use your products.

Disgraceful!

### 1/5 — V2 crashes constantly

*2021-11-30, version 2.0*

App now useless. I am not able to use anything

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work at all

*2021-11-28*

Always get error message, can’t access any of the content
