Die App ist gut wenn man auf die Schnelle ein verbessertes Foto haben will, ersetzt aber keinesfalls LR oder Photomator, beide als mobile Versionen.
Maskieren fehlt komplett und ohne diese Funktion ist es nicht brauchbar. Gut, dass ich nur für 1 Monat gezahlt habe, um die App auszuprobieren. Ein weiteres Abo werde ich nicht abschließen.

Happy to found this app 😃 Desktop app for MacOS: Is it also possibly improve or correct videos on Mac with Radiant(Only on iPad or phone - for Mac OS ?) No hint in the manual ! Thank you 🙏🏻

This was a decent app when I started using it almost a year ago. Unfortunately, the app developers haven’t provided any updates since then. While other photo editing applications expand their use of artificial intelligence and provide increased functionality this app is allowed to sit unchanged.

They’ve let bugs go and fixed and functionality short falls go unaddressed.

Too bad.

Beware: Processing more than one video in a batch is not possible. Same with more than a dozen fotos. I went through the help files, sent log files, recorded my process, spent many hours with this app. I crashes all the time or stops working. It crashes also pretty often when using the app in other ways. This happens with my iphone 14 and my ipad pro. I will ask my money back, hope I did not waste 50 Euros… Very frustrating.

### 4/5 — My go-to editor with an annoyance

This app is the best I’ve seen for efficient editing. Granted, it doesn’t provide the detailed control of snapseed or Lightroom. However it allows me to enhance images in seconds and get results that are consistently better than the originals without looking over-processed. 

The annoyance is that your only option is to save your improved image alongside the original. You wind up having twice as many photographs in your album and then need to keep straight which were the originals and which were the edited copies. It would be really great if they could someday provide the option to save the new version in place of the original.

Quite disappointingly there's no trial. I had to buy my trial week, just to find out that the results with photos are just enhancing a little the picture and videos are just impossible to understand if the app did anything. Without a trial I could not test if video enhancing was actually restoring a video, well it doesn't, would love to understand before being forced to buy.

Disappointing that such a great app on the desktop is not so amazing on the iPad Pro. My experience is the app is very unstable when batch editing, cropping and exporting. All features I need to use this app in my workflow. Would appreciate a refund after buying a one year subscription as the app is almost unuseable for my purposes.

The forever free version won't let you edit video files unless you pay for pro. So you can't even try it out. I'd say 'look for another app'. If they change this I'm happy to update my review.

I can’t begin how delighted I am to discover Radiant Photo. As a photographer on the go, I need fast and reliable editing app that allows me to edit and publish fast as well. Radiant Photo does that! Plus I don’t need to be online to be able to use it. Just amazing!

Love the app, and love the company ethos. 95% of the time it does better in a couple of taps what I have spend many hours faffing with manually in the past. Really brings ‘flat’ pictures alive. Not fool-proof, and more successful when when applied to camera-shot pictures than to already-messed with phone shots. Highly recommended.

“Radiant Photos” besticht als Foto-App mit ihrer benutzerfreundlichen Oberfläche und exzellenten Bildbearbeitungsfunktionen.

Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft die Speicheroptionen der App. Derzeit erstellt “Radiant Photos” bei der Bearbeitung eines Fotos automatisch eine neue Datei, anstatt das Originalfoto zu verändern. Während dies zum Schutz des Originals beiträgt, würde eine zusätzliche In-App Einstellung, die es dem Benutzer ermöglicht, zwischen der Bearbeitung des Originalfotos oder der Erstellung eines neuen bearbeiteten Fotos zu wählen, die Flexibilität und Kontrolle über die Bildverwaltung deutlich erhöhen.

Nach Update auf 2.1.7 können Fotos aus iPhone Foto App nicht mehr über den Teilen-Button in Radiant geladen werden.

I tried to batch 275 photos and crashes every time I try to export. 

Even before exporting, when swiping the first 5 photos, the app crashes.

Die App stürzt regelmäßig ab. Es lässt sich nicht ein einziges Bild bearbeiten. Bevor man mit dem Bearbeiten fertig ist, oder noch nicht einmal richtig angefangen hat, stürzt die App ab.

I downloaded this hoping to see something different. It’s not a unique app that the developers are asking for a subscription. It can’t even fix a degraded video while other apps can that charge a one time fee. The photo adjustments are so typical that even the built in app on the iPhone does the same thing. Nowadays developers like to put “AI” in their app to make it look like it’s doing something mind blowing. Don’t waste your money on this. There are apps out there that does the same thing for a one time fee.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it :)

I had purchased this app when it was managed by athentech imaging. Now that eyeq has taken over, why it’s again asking for a payment ? Pls correct the situation.

Perfectly Clear as a one-time purchase on my computer was great. It was worth it to use for a couple of years. Just stumbled on this app and realized it was $20 a year. Nope. Deleted. Perfectly Clear isn’t as good as Adobe — and I’m not paying a monthly fee for Adobe either.

I miss GPS informations in edited picture. Why this App can’t change the original picture instead of creating a new picture without the Exif Data?

I also miss the Favorites Folder.

There are a lot of photo editing products out there. Radiant is unique in several ways. The team behind Radiant is committed to “no pixel left behind” - sensitivity to the original. There are various presets and enhanced menus you can use (portrait, landscape, wildlife especially birds) that allow for control over how much freedom you give the editor. Frequent updates make this package continually grow in usefulness. I am NOT sponsored by Radiant, simply a retired photographer who does wildlife and nature photography for fun. To me, this is a phenomenally useful package.

Funktioniert tadellos bin gerade am überlegen Abo im Jahr oder Lifetime. Die Sache ist die Version 2 schon 2 Jahre am Markt somit bald Version 3🤔 wenn das passiert gilt Lifetime auch oder brauche wieder eine neue Lifetime. Schwierig die Entscheidung aber vielleicht kann man mir ja helfen🤔 Zusatz ich meinte die App ist gestartet mit Version 1.03 vor 4 Jahren und ist heute auf Version 2.1.8 da könnte man sich doch vorstellen, dass bald Version 3.0 kommt dann wäre die Livetime Lizenz hinfällig ansonsten ist doch ein Abo unlogisch oder 🤔😉 ich werde mir die APP kaufen welche Version Abo oder Livetime muss ich wohl auswürfeln.

It sounds like there’s a bit of confusion between the desktop and mobile versions. The mobile app you're using is actually the first and only mobile version Radiant Imaging Labs has released to date, and it will continue to get new features and improvements.

Incredible results for pictures on my camera roll. Happens in a flash, and the results are great. The edit isn’t overdone as many AI apps overdo. Worth buying the plugin for Photoshop

Die Desktopapp ist super. Es wäre schön, wenn man die Desktopapp mit der iPhoneapp verknüpfen würde um die ganzen gekauften Voreinstellungen nutzen zu können.

This app is the best I’ve seen for efficient editing. Granted, it doesn’t provide the detailed control of snapseed or Lightroom. However it allows me to enhance images in seconds and get results that are consistently better than the originals without looking over-processed. 

With batch mode, I can zip through a day’s worth of images in minutes. And I can choose to let everything run automatically or make adjustments to specific images first. 

This is a real world example of the 80/20 (in this case, more like 90/10) rule. The AI gives me 90% of the result, as opposed to doing everything manually and requires 10% of the effort.

Sowas habe ich schon lange gesucht. Durch einen Youtuber bin ich drauf gekommen. Super einfache und intuitive Bedienung, schnelle, automatische und vor allem brauchbare Bearbeitung. Endlich habe ich meine App gefunden und kann mich wieder aufs Fotografieren konzentrieren.

Eine Bitte hätte ich aber noch, bitte auch die Einstellungen wie z.B. Exposure, Tint usw. übersetzen. Danke

I’m already a Radiant user on my Mac and usually transfer photos to my computer for processing and then back to my phone.  I’ve now download the mobile version to my phone so that I can process the images directly on my phone.  This saves me a considerable amount of time as processing now takes just a couple of seconds and the results are exactly the same as I get when processing on my Mac, its brilliant.
