## What is Radiant Cloudwarm?

RADIANT CLOUDWARM is the Radiant boilers’ remote control system via WiFi.
Thanks to Radiant Cloudwarm, you have a complete control of the heating system from the outside, through the use of smart phones and tablets  with a simple and intuitive interface.

Thanks to RADIANT CLOUDWARM you can:
- Visualize in real time all the different temperatures and the operating status of your boiler;
- Visualize and adjust the room temperature of your house;
- Manage the switching on and off of the boiler either manually or by a program with different time slots;
- Receive notification in case of the boiler block;
- Display the boiler errors and, where possible, reset them;
- Display the last 5 errors of the boiler.

App veramente inutile, Apparte che non ricevi mai l’email di registrazione, in più quando finalmente riesci a collegarla al wi-fi per accedere dal telefono ogni tot mesi si stacca e non si collega più, dicendo che non esiste nessun utente con quell’ID, ma se provi a registrarti di nuovo dice c’è l’id è già esistente .. inoltre quando funziona non ci sono tutte le operazioni che dice sul libretto o sul sito, oltre che accendere e spegnere i termosifoni non puoi fare niente altro . E poi aggiornate sta c@@zo di app. Vera te deluso. Più 200 euro buttati al vento. ORRENDA

Nuovamente dopo un problema dei server di Radiant si ripresenta oggi lo stesso diffetto.. persa connessione wifi.. non si riesce nemmeno piu ad entrare nell’app… veramente deludente con quello che ho pagato tutto il

E’ qualche anno che la utilizziamo ma ultimamente ci butta fuori dal sistema senza motivo devo spesso reinserire ID e pswd una bella rottura di scatole inoltre il servizio assistenza è pessimo nessuno che ti dà una risposta adeguata

Ho richiesto il reset della password in quando dimenticata, e dopo averla scelta ed avere ricevuto anche la conferma di cambio password, non riesco più ad autenticarmi perché dice che è sbagliata. Non riesco più a gestire la caldaia.

Non si connette al Wi-Fi, nonostante il Wi-Fi funzioni benissimo. Nonostante abbia disinstallato e re-installato l’applicazione come da manuale, seguendo tutte le procedure. 
Fino a ieri si agganciava al Wi-Fi oggi continua a lampeggiare
Questa applicazione non funziona. La misurazione dei gradi in casa non è per niente attendibile. 
Non potete aggiornarla o farne una più seria?

Va aggiunta la possibilità di cambiare la password scelta all’inizio, sarebbe gradita la possibilità di far avviare il riscaldamento quando si lascia una zona, la programmazione degli orari potrebbe essere rivista per rendere più facili le modifiche. Non sarebbe male poter avere dei grafici per rapportate temperature dell’ambiente durante la giornata, dati gli avvii e le temperature impostate. Manca la possibilità di lasciare impostato un secondo programma per quando si va via per numerosi giorni.

Tecnicamente la app può anche essere attendibile e funzionale ma nei fatti è solo una gran rottura di scatole.
Nella pratica, non essendoci spiegazioni di sorta se non in merito alle primissime fasi di registrazione e utilizzo, la mia esperienza allo stato attuale è:

1- sono ancora in attesa di una fantomatica mail di registrazione.
2- il riscaldamento funziona ma l’acqua calda non esiste perché la app la tiene disattivata
3- io non riesco a capire, per totale mancanza di indicazioni sul comportamento della app, se sono io che sbaglio o la app che impazzisce.
4- ma questo è il meno, è di una lentezza incredibile e spesso i come di touch non li riceve.
