I’ve used this app for the last month while on a fitness program. It’s been amazing to have it sync with my Apple Watch, have daily workouts and track my meals all in the same place and have access to so many delicious recipes✨ Also love the direct chat function with Heidi.

I can track my food and workouts in one place whilst also tracking my of progress towards my fitness goals. It comes with loads of delicious recipes and options to have nutrition plans from Heidi. It also syncs with my Fitbit which is perfect for keeping everything in one place - I use it everyday. 

I also love that there’s a chat and video call function to get support at anytime.
