App is really unstable and freezes up all the time for me. Very active community though. For example: I listed a festival ticket for $500 selling and the app says my payout is $480-something because Radiate takes a chunk, but then the ticket was posted as a $519 price. It’s confusing and I’m not sure how they programmed the backend but PLEASE fix that, Radiate. It adds unnecessary confusion. Are you double-dipping? I’ve reached out to support a few times and they have not gotten back to me at all. The lack of feedback and customer support has been very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Only Has Big Names/City shows *2026-07-28, version 30.6* I grew up in a small town going to small (100-5000 people) music festivals. Since music festivals can be pretty hard to find to hear about unless you “know someone,” I was ranting to a friend about it. They showed me this app recently , and They showed me all the high reviews. Apparently, They find all their festivals on this app. However, I am genuinely confused because (I wish I could submit the screenshots) I searched for every single festival I go to, and every one had the same message pop up: “Nothing Matches your search.” Including the festival I was at during the conversation with my friend. Naturally, I was very confused and disappointed, so I searched just the name of my state, and the only fests that appeared were the ones in the largest city in my state/neighboring cities. Over half of my state was completely empty. I refreshed. I zoomed. I searched different keywords. This is awful. If you like smaller festivals or slightly more rural areas, you are not going to find anything here. Good luck! Raidate won’t help if issue happen, they claim PayPal security backs it up but each one blames eachother and you end up losing selling your ticket and not getting paid ### 1/5 — Doesn’t protect sales *2026-04-25, version 30.0* I sold a ticket to someone who said they received the ticket. Then they disputed the charge. radiate has been 0 help with this matter. ### 1/5 — Account was deleted/can't make new account *2026-04-04, version 29.9* Tried to log into my existing account and it didn't work with all 4 options (Apple, Google, Facebook, phone number). I can't remove or delete people's "Hey"s from my account inboxes and I can't remove or delete people I unmatched from my account inboxes either. Their faces/profiles are literally nested on my account. It's creating clutter and it's making my account unappealing to look at. I just see a bunch of fruity dudes wearing banana thongs or whatever you call it- in my "Hey" section when I spend a token. I'm not trying to trade pineapples or whatever. We met over music and a show we were both seeing, and now we’re coming up on four years together. Radiate has also helped me sell and buy concert tickets multiple times. At one low point in my life, a stranger even gave me VIP forest tickets for free and changed my trajectory for the better.
