No one met me in person and when I did get through by phone codes were explained in Spanish. Straight off the train, cross the road and you’re there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is it’s down steep stairs however as I was on my own with young children, one of the men carried my suitcase. Only found it thanks to locals. Upon arrival it turns out the “storage” is just shoving our cases and bags underneath some tables in a restaurant. I tried to cancel the order, but it was not possible. I also attempted to contact customer support through the chat, and they blocked me! I ended up not using the service at all and still got charged on my credit card. Their customer service is terrible. They make you book before you can find the location so there’s no way of knowing if it’s closed beforehand. Slow and effective customer service. This is a rip off. On our last day in Paris we had a late flight so looked for a drop off point close to Châtelet Les Halles which is the station for the RER train to CDG. App was very easy to use. Service at our drop off was very good.
