But, this new app and specifically the widget isn’t working on my iPhone. I was able to get it to work on my iPad, but I really need it in my phone. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2023-04-11, version 6.0* Ever since the Name change from Jax Fed to RadiFi, the app crashes as soon as I enter in my credentials. Please Fix asap. ### 1/5 — WORST BANK EVER!! *2023-01-09, version 5.4.0* Can never get anyone on the phone and the chat option on the app is a joke - it crashes before you can even finish typing your request… Add this on top of the fact that there’s not mobile check deposit, you have to inquire about getting it when every other bank offers it? PLUS, the ATM is consistently out of service! It needs to get fixed. Huge inconvenience! ### 2/5 — Frustrating experience with app and verification process *2025-03-19, version 6.2.0* I’ve been pretty frustrated with the RadiFi app and overall service. The app says it has a Card Services section, but after searching every corner of it, I couldn’t find it anywhere. The website mentions 24/7 help for verification, but when I called, the automated system didn’t even give me an option for card verification, and I was told I was calling outside of business hours — which doesn’t match the claim on the site. It’s frustrating when basic services, like card management and verification, are so difficult to access. It would be great if they could make things clearer in the app and update their support information to reflect actual hours. To not even have an option for a SMS text with a code for verification is inconvenient. This has been a hassle, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their system and communication. ### 2/5 — Transaction delay *2025-03-01, version 6.2.0* I do not like that the app has a delay in your transaction history it doesn’t update in real time and has caused me to go into negative I had to recalculate all the time ### 2/5 — Need’s to clearly show Pending transactions *2018-11-26, version 4.17.30* There is no way to tell the difference between Pending and Cleared transactions.
