Con Radio Butia , niñas y niños pueden: Explorar los contenidos sonoros en familia, en su espacio educativo o individualmente. Disfrutar de una propuesta sonora para la infancia con identidad nacional y latinoamericana cuidadosamente seleccionada. Descubrir listas de canciones sobre temas como: derechos de la infancia, medio ambiente, alimentación saludable, canciones de cuna, valores de convivencia y múltiples propuestas lúdicas.

Radio Butiá se enmarca dentro de los principios  y acciones promovidas por la (OSC) Asociación  Papagayo azul y el Sello Papagayo azul  con sede en Montevideo, Uruguay fundada en 2004. Adhiere, integra y promueve además los principios del Movimiento de la canción latinoamericana y caribeña (MOCILYC) fundado en 1994.

Somos una radio web que funciona y se sostiene mediante el aporte de  socios colaboradores (individuales o colectivos) que brinda el acceso a programas con  canciones y contenidos diversos para la infancia creados por los integrantes del Movimiento de la Canción infantil Latinoamericana y Caribeña.

Esta dirigida a niños y niñas, familias, educadores y centros educativos de toda América latina y el mundo.

Se puede disfrutar desde  tu Smartphone, tu tableta o tu PC o en diferentes sistemas, centros o espacios educativos y recreativos, hospitales infantiles o plazas de juegos.
