## What is Radio Denmark FM?

DR alone runs enough channels to need its own remote — P1 for talk, P3 for pop, P4 København for the capital, P8 Jazz for the late shift — and Radio Denmark FM sets all of them beside independents such as Radio Soft and Skala FM. 174 Danish stations in total, plus what most radio apps here don't bother with: CarPlay, Apple Watch, Live Activity and a genuine equalizer.

• DR P1, DR P3, DR P4 København and DR P8 JAZZ cover news, pop, regional and niche without leaving the app.
• CarPlay puts the full station list on the car's own display.
• Apple Watch plays independently, straight from the wrist.
• Live Activity keeps the current track visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• A tap on a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget starts the stream.
• A podcast library covers whatever the live schedule misses.
• Shazam and live lyrics work station by station, where offered.
• Tune the built-in equalizer, then let the sleep timer ease the volume out at night.

No account required. Interface available in six languages. The app itself costs nothing — an optional subscription only clears the ads and opens up the rest.
