Radio On The Beat nasce dall’amore che nutriamo  per la musica , costante compagna di tutti noi appassionati.
La nostra scelta di selezione musicale ricade sugli anni ‘ 70 –’80 –‘ 90 , con i gruppi e i cantanti che hanno fatto la storia della musica Soul , Funk , Dance , Pop , Rock . 
A Radio On The Beat la musica e’ la protagonista assoluta  per la quale nutriamo un profondo rispetto , facendo sì che gli ascoltatori possano ascoltare i brani in onda tutti per intero, al fine di omaggiare tutti gli artisti che con sacrificio hanno realizzato delle vere e proprie opere d’arte . 
Con la nostra programmazione musicale facciamo rivivere le emozioni di 40 anni di grandi successi, dalla Disco degli anni 70 , alla New Wave anni 80 , alla Dance anni 90 .
A Radio On The Beat non mancheranno le rarità discografiche , delle chicche per veri intenditori .
