Despite deleting and downloading several times it still doesn’t work. I get an Error 403 Forbidden sign appear on the page

I heard an ad running on the station for an updated app. Where is It?

Great radio station, have tried a number of times , will not work, this has been going on for a long time now, why don’t you pull your finger out and sort it Richie????????

Worked brilliantly before the last update. Now doesn’t work at all on my iPhone and also on my wife’s Samsung. Sort it please as we really enjoy the shows.
