Over the past 2 months I have not been able to listen to continuous episodes. It stops working 9 minutes into the first episode. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service twice and have had not heard back from them. Some call it the “Theater of the Mind”… I can picture everything—more often than not, it’s a much better experience than watching today’s programs or movies. Complete with twists and turns depending on the series but a very enjoyable and entertaining experience. Much more I can say but I’ve talked too much…great genre and will continue to listen. I can drive 4 hours new shows without losing a beat. I wish they would broadcast some of the later Fred Allen Shows. It is a great app especially for listeners looking for a break from adverts. And don’t even try to email them for support. You truly would be wasting your time. Also, they have it set up where if you want to retrieve your password it’s a link to a dead screen, classic rip off. I was thrilled to discover your website, and taped collections, when we moved to Maryland. Back in Wisconsin, I was again thrilled to find your app, and have been a subscriber ever since. Now I am here, needing to leave such a poor review. Your app no longer works, and looks as though it has not been updated in some time. Nothing plays, and everything says “Network Request Failed”. I have a current, fully paid app account but have not been able to access my programs because of a glitch that continually takes me to sign in screen. This has been happening the last two months and I stupidly re-subscribed. But today I cancelled my subscription through the AppStore because I can’t get any support from RadioSpirits. All my other apps work great on my iPhone 11 which has the latest updated version. I’ve tried turning phone off and on. Nothing! I called and talked with someone on the website but they told me it’s a selling of products only site not a technical support. What’s a person got to do to get some help? ### 1/5 — Great quality, LOTS of issues *2022-06-20* I’ve been a subscriber for about a year and while I love the quality of the broadcasts, the technical issues with the app are becoming too frequent. The app will get locked into a reloading mode to the point that I’ve had to shut down my iPhone, uninstall and reinstall the app…and the situation continues. Nearly always when searching for a list of episodes of Dragnet, for example, the search will reveal ZERO results; click the back arrow, repeat search and SOMETIMES results are populated. But not always. Just searched for Johnny Dollar tonight and after the episode list was populated on my THIRD try, the inventory only displayed episodes up to 1950. WILL YOU PLEASE FIX THE APP?!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Premium plan does not work *2022-05-24, version 3.0.5* Downloaded the app and tried to subscribe to the premium service plan. Could not view content. Called Radio Spirits but the web site and app are separate, and the operator could not help me. Sent emails to support (your only option for the app) and heard nothing back. I did get an email from the apple store saying that I was being charged for the service.
