Never had any success the whole week and would not recommend. ### 1/5 — Quoted fare not match *2025-01-01* App Quoted 540 peso from Playa Del Carmen to Xel-Ha for 6 ppl. When the taxi driver showed up, he said price incorrect and told us 1500 peso. We declined the service and went back to the hotel, ended up have to pay same price when they help us call a driver. It’s hard for first time visitors to pay the fair price. ### 1/5 — Laughable *2024-05-20* This app is joke just like all the cab drivers in PDC. I tried to signup and I can’t even receive a verification code. Driver didn’t honor the quote $110MX and charged $190MX. Thieves. So i go to the browser and text them via whats app. Supposedly they can neither pick me up from a hotel on the beach and go to cenote azul, or pick me up from cenote azul after we are done. Appreciate the security and fast service and being able to pay by card! ### 5/5 — Great taxi app for Playa del Carmen *2025-05-19* App works great, especially for tourists! Just like uber, enter your pick up address and your destination. Optional to pay extra for a bilingual driver or to bring pets. Drivers are very professional. Tried to get a cab without the app and they up-charged me and didn’t tell me until the end of the ride that they only wanted pesos. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get a taxi on busier times like weekends but service has been good and fair prices! ### 5/5 — Best Taxi Service in Playa Del Carmen *2024-01-04* We stayed for a week in Playa Del Carmen and during our entire stay we only used this app to request taxi for our daily trips from rental home to downtown and downtown to home. Giving it a five star to application because of following reason. - Ease of Use - Easy to locate precise pickup and destination by typing or selection on map. - Tracking of live location of Taxi before pickup - Safety feature of QR code - Convenient payment method of Cash and Credit Card Also giving five star to Taxi Service. Most taxi operators are friendly and humble. We always felt comfortable and safe with kids. Also rate is good and not overly expensive. I highly recommend this application to request Taxi. ### 5/5 — It works finally *2023-01-30* Great app, used it 3 times. I don’t remember the verification part but it might require a Mexican number. ### 4/5 — Good *2023-03-02* The verification code didn’t arrive in the first two times, but after requesting it one last time, it worked on the third try. Update: The service went smoothly after ordering and scheduling a pickup this morning. The driver was 10 minutes late, but that was totally fine after I made it on time where I needed to go. Make sure to schedule enough time in your itinerary. Some cons: -the driver passenger chat malfunctioned ### 2/5 — no verification code *2023-03-14* saw a driver. he showed me the app. got no verification code. left me stranded. 😳.. still no code… i will give 2 stars for having an app. Now make it work. 😉 ### 2/5 — Slow and not always reliable *2022-12-17, version 1.1.1* The chat functions does not work. When I want to chat with the driver, it always says that the connection is lost. A lot of places are invalid zones and at night it takes over an hour to find a ride.
