This was an excellent app. Now it is not. Radio Times is a large magazine. It was easy to navigate because a simple icon took you to a contents page from where you could easily select the part of the magazine you wanted to look at. For instance if you are looking at Thursday TV and you want to to check on something you saw last Sunday or read a film review and then go back again to Thursday TV you have to turn around 80 individual pages twice! I have no problem with the content, that is why I pay for it, but it is now very irritating to use.

**Developer response:** Hi there, unfortunately we had a problem inside the app that caused these problems. This has since been fixed, and navigation should work correctly inside the issues now. If you continue to have problems, please delete and redownload the issue.

I’ve paid for a printed & digital copy which is still current but my subscription number suddenly doesn’t work.  When I put my subscriber number in it says in-app purchases have been restored but when I look it says I still need to pay. It’s been like it for a few days now! I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled but still doesn’t work. Please sort out ASAP as I’m paying for something which is useless!

Keeps asking for payment when I have an active subscription. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, clicked restore purchases, entered the subscriber number in the box - basically everything they say in all these reviews that you should try - and nope, nothing works. It still wants to charge me per issue. Absolutely useless. Get it sorted.

There is no way to login. Every time I try to view my copy of the Radio Times I am taken to the purchase page even though I’m a subscriber! What a waste of time! Stick with the paper copy.

Sometimes the app freezes, or can’t go any further back after a few issues as it’s a grey background.  Also, the double Christmas issue out today in the shops. And other tv magazines and RT on tv. At 15:30 pm no issue on the RT app as yet?  I thought subscribers were supposed to be a priority.  Maybe I’m wrong?
