Sad sad, no quality customer service! Many problems and get this John the CEO doesn’t even call me back!!!  Let me get this right, I have issues with app and voiced them to tech support, many promises to fix but no follow up! I’m so disappointed!!!  And I have a radio station with many listeners, and many concerns but no one from this company wants to hear my concerns!! WowSad sad!

This is a new app, so of course it has its bumps and glitches.

But, it’s a really interesting, new, and unique way to experience radio. The chat ability is a lot of fun. It’s going to be tough to compete with iHeart and other streaming apps, but it has a lot of potential. 

I hope those at radio stations aren’t scared or turned off by this new system. That’s the main hurdle - getting a lot of stations on board and also having them keep up with the app. 

I look forward to seeing it grow.
