More exciting updates are on the way! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not ready to use *2026-07-20* There are maybe 1% of courses actually on here but you don’t know that until you spend plenty of time adding every disc from your bag and setting up the app. Big waste of time. ### 2/5 — No Courses *2026-08-25* I love the idea of this app. Unfortunately I can’t use it. Is there a no courses anywhere near me. I see there’s some sort of system in here to build courses. But I’m not paying you money so I can build courses. It should be free until there are courses. ### 2/5 — Not Ready for Prime Time *2026-04-22* While there is a lot of promise here, I don’t like the idea of being asked to subscribe for a service (to receive the full features) that I or other users have to do the work for the developers to complete the app. Specifically, building the courses ourselves. With everything nickel and diming users with monthly or yearly subscriptions these days, I’m not interested in paying $5 a month for a service I have to work for. Maybe if they had a lower fee for their first year of operations or something, until the app gets populated by the community, I’d consider hopping on board. But for now it’s a pass for me. **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback — I understand how it can come across that way at first. To clarify, this isn’t about offloading work onto users. I’ve personally put hundreds of hours into building out courses and the foundation of the app. The community aspect is there to enhance the experience — it allows courses to be more detailed, up-to-date, and customizable in ways that are hard to achieve otherwise. Also worth noting: users who contribute by building courses can earn free Pro access, so there’s a real give-and-take built into it. That said, your point about timing and value is fair. We’re continuing to grow the course database and add features so the app stands stronger on its own. Appreciate you checking it out, and hopefully it’s something you’ll want to revisit down the line. ### 3/5 — Feedback *2026-06-16* Freezes often when editing shots. Caddy doesn’t take into account under stable discs or flex shots. It basically recommends me forehand shots even when selecting I primarily play backhand. I know what I’m going to throw but do like the caddy feature if it had insight on those under stable discs. ### 3/5 — Not working *2026-04-20* Love the features. The app deleted statistics from my improvement. Also have the full year sub and no access to any of the pro features. My actual location seems to always be 10-15 ft east of my location in the app. ### 4/5 — Up and coming! *2026-06-19* This app is great for disc golfers who want something a little different from UDisc. Its got social features it’s got awesome map design with an actual length of hole feature that visually shows you how far out you are. Additionally the in the bag feature is unique in the way that it tells you what is missing from your bag and what you might want to add to it. While these features are amazing there’s still some work left to do. But the Developer Mikey is super hands on and personal! He replies to every feedback and questions I’ve asked so far. Courses in Radius are community-driven, so if none are showing in your area yet, it just means they haven’t been added locally. You can either wait for someone nearby to create them, or build them yourself right in the app. To add a course, go to Play → My Courses → Build a Course — once it’s created, it’ll be available for you and others in your area 👍 ### 5/5 — Love the app *2026-08-25* Fantastic addition to the world of disc golf apps with very innovative features! It has already replaced udisc for me. I specifically love the tailored training exercises and in-round caddy. The creators are very active and attentive to community feedback. I felt like I had to constantly spend time with my wife. UDisc wasn’t fulfilling my wants and needs, and my 8 children don’t either. But then I found Radius!!!!
