No communication as to why there is a delay. Also, no way to reach customer other than posting message publicly and hoping that someone will read it. At least, provide a way to reach customer care publicly via the app. I was skeptical about using the app initially but because I gave them benefit of a doubt and here I am. So, disappointed. They are so great at their job. Within the speed of light I got a successful confirmation in my email and when I checked the application portal they confirmed the payment was successful. Someone sent me little change he borrowed through this app and I haven’t been able to touch it for going to a month now. I’ve tried everything including reaching out to their customer support that isn’t as efficient and helpful as it should be. There’s always network issues or some buttons won’t work or error messages. You are charged a fee to verify your identity. This is even before you are able to see their transaction rates. It’s obviously a scam because every other company publishes their transaction rate. But they hide behind getting you to pay to be verified before you see the transaction rate. The free is also outrageous. You are paying about 10% of the value you are transferring. Don’t waste your time.
