It's obvious to anyone reading the reviews that development of this app is not proactive or responsive. Lots of one star reviews already and I add mine in the hope this will spur Radius into action!! The app fails to go beyond your spinning logo! Every time i try, it says “user session has expired, please log in again”. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling app multiple times, resetting my password, and still no success. I can log inperfectly fine on the website, but the app simply doesn’t work. Everything was fine before latest update when biometric login is required.
