With the AI or LLM depending on your technical proficiencies, it saved me from the doom of Terra Luna and FTX. I’d be rekt without Rafa. Pretty cheap for premium too. I canceled them all because I found Rafa. My portfolio has been on fire since I started using the insights and trade alerts. Rafa app does a good job of recommending undervalued stocks that are on the verge of breaking out or stocks that are showing a shift in trend so I could hedge. It is also very focused on explaining and educating users which in long run is more valuable than short term gains. But with the latest update, it’s in a league of its own. Not a single trade I do now happens without checking Rafa Trends and Risk Scores on that stock or crypto. It has saved me from so many mistakes snd helped me make profits I would otherwise not have. The financial app world is noisy. From yahoo finss as nice to terrible UI screeners to scam “scanners”. It’s hard to know which one to trust. I’m so happy I found RAFA. Now, if only Rafa can analyze my portfolio from my brokerage accounts and I don’t have to manually enter my positions, my money will truly be on autopilot. **Developer response:** Thank you for the wonderful feedback on the latest Rafa app updates! The news, briefs and trade ideas are not updated over several months, not days or weeks. The AI chat bots have conflicting data and inaccuracy thus mostly useless. ### 1/5 — Too expensive *2025-06-07* Most good things cost money in this app and their not even good. They got me $20 but they won’t get anymore. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate AI & limited support. Limited AI messages. *2024-12-01* Edit 3: placing this one at the top. Reached out to support, when I asked if cancelling my subscription would terminate the premium features now or I’d have them until the end of the month.. they left me on read (I can see they saw the message). This is beyond scam like. Really upsetting. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Paid for the subscription today, tried out the AI & immediately started getting answers stating prices and movement from December 2023 as if it were the current price. Tried to tell the AI that its data was outdated as we were currently in December 2024 and it responded saying I was correct but then proceeded to give data from February of 2024 as if it were todays data. This feels too broken to be worth paying for. There’s also 0 support for Canadian brokerages (which is fair, I get it’s a lower common use case) but what makes no sense to me is I can’t even search up stocks that are on the TSX. If I’d been aware of both these limitations along with some of the non ideal UI/UX, I wouldn’t have paid for the subscription. In my opinion, so far not worth it. Does seem like the app updates are frequent and often though so I’m hopeful things will improve… soon ideally. Edit: so I already reached my daily limit of AI messages. This is horrible, especially when 1/4 of them were spent trying to get the AI to use data that wasn’t 1 year old. Already decided not to continue paying for this after this month. Had there been a free trial, I would not have paid at all to begin with. Edit 2: updated the app and now it’s telling me I’m on the free plan even though I paid for premium 2 days ago and should have it until late December… did I just get scammed? ### 1/5 — No free version *2024-07-27, version 2024.05.01* There is a 14 trial, but this all does not offer a free version. So if you don’t want to subscribe and just check whether the app delivers risk free on its promise, then you are out of luck. Sure you could sure you take on the free 14 day trial and then immediately cancel it, but it’s too much of a hassle just to try some quick prompts. It has some bugs of course, but it’s pretty early on. The potential for this thing is huge, even as a base to just research stocks.
